       This journal is about what I have learn during semesters four. The materials that I got were Tenses; Symptoms and signs of diseases; patient history; asking and responding to advise; prescribing and administering medication; medical and nursing procedure; sharing observation; starting an intervention; asking and showing rooms in a hospital;  nursing duty in wards. This essay are about what I have learn, the problem and implementation of English in the work place.

I have a lot of learned about English nursing in this semesters four, such as : The concepts of tenses that includes the form and meaning of present tense, past tense, future tense and perfect tense. I learned about grammar, make sentences that use the tenses. Benefits after I studies this lesson was I able identified the forms and meaning of each tense, I able make grammatically correct sentences using Tenses, and able make conversation using grammatically correct sentences in English. Symptoms and signs of deseases. I learned about grammar that used simple present tense, make a conversation to patient about deseases. The benefits that I got lesson was I able meaning manner explain symptoms and signs of particular deseases to patient in English. Grammar, vocabulary, reading writing, speaking and listening sections that will develop nursing students knowledge on patient history. I learned about grammar used simple present tense, present perfect tense and simple past tense, vocabulary, and  how to ask patient history and respond to patient about the questions. The benefits that I got lesson were I able to ask patients history, respond to patient explanation about their history, ask and answer question of patient in English. Knowledge on asking and responding to advise. I learned about grammar, vocabulary, and how to ask the patient problems and given to advise about patient problems. The benefits that I got lesson was I can ask and answer question of patient about his/her problems to given advice with English. Knowledge on prescribing and administering medication. I learned about grammar used simple present tense, vocabulary, writing prescription how to make conversation between patient and nurse about administering medication. The benefit that I got lesson was I can administering medication and describing doctor’s prescription to the patients in English. Knowledge on medical and nursing procedure. I learned about grammar that used simple present tense, vocabulary, read the procedure and prepare nursing procedure in English. The benefits that I got lesson were I can understood medical and nursing procedure in English, and I can perform medical and nursing procedure in English. Knowledge on sharing observation. I learned about grammar that used simple present tense, vocabulary and how to share information with doctor or other nurses related to health of patient. The benefits that I got lesson was I can understood sharing observation in English. Knowledge on starting an intervention. I learned about grammar that used simple present tense, vocabulary and write an intervention of a case in English. The benefit that I got lesson was I can understood starting an intervention in English. Knowledge on asking and showing rooms in a hospital. I learned about grammars that used simple present tense and proposition, vocabulary, did task describe the hospital rooms. The benefits that I got lesson were I can understand how to ask and show rooms in a hospital in English. Knowledge  on  nursing duty in wards. I learned about grammar that used simple future tense, vocabulary, and how to make a conversation between ward sister and nursing students. The benefits that I got lesson is I can understand how to write nursing duty in wards.

In my class, we always to learned about English for nursing, because we are the nursing students. Many thinks that I canned as long as learned English. Casually we gave task from Mrs. Leni such as write the meaning of vocabulary that empty, saw back tenses that used in materials of teach, translate the text, making a conversation of each materials with friend and etc. And before the start of English courses, we've been given as supporting learning modules that enable us to understand and explore the material to be delivered.

During learned about this English nursing, I got problem that encounter. One too many problems, such as I am difficult to make and organize grammars, recalling vocabulary that has been obtained, could not speak English by well at the time came forward class to have conversations with friends bench, can not write English by well like create a conversation or sentences in English, and difficult to understand what the Mrs. Leni explain something in English. Nevertheless I would still try to always study hard and diligently in order to master the English language has been obtained from Mrs. Leni, so it can help me towards a bright future.

After learning about English nursing I hope, I want to apply what I have gained during the study. I can speak English very well to patients from abroad in the hospital, can talk with other nurses, head room, or doctor to explain to the patient about the patient's diabetes management in English, can make nursing care plan and health education to the patient in good English.
